I am a Life Coach and a Yoga Teacher who teaches and coaches women and men from all over the world. I started practicing mediation from young age as a way to deal with stress, frustration and overwhelm. Yoga found me in a much later stage of my life. I was ready to feel peace, not only in my mind, but also in my entire body. Back in the day I thought yoga just meant being able to bend your legs behind your back. I didn't see the connection to spirituality or meditation. Until I learnt about the philosophy and started practicing and feeling it. Yoga is for everyone and everyBODY. You do not need to be flexible or spiritual etc. Yoga is the study of self, it can simply mean to connect to your breath. It is my personal mission to bring forward that yoga and meditation are nothing "wanky" or something that is only conducted by yogis and gurus. These are powerful tools that we can implement into our daily life, helping us find peace, calmness, clarity and a sense of trust within ourselves.

These are few of the many things you are likely to feel after practicing meditation & yoga. Only you can know through your own practice how it will feel and what benefit it will have for you.
Hatha Yoga - the practice of balance between your feminine and masculine body energy. Strengthening but gentle and grounding. Leaving the mat like a peaceful warrior.
Yin Yoga - targeting the deep tissue in the body, activating your parasympathetic nervoussystem. Allowing you to fully let go and relax while releasing stress and trauma from your body.
Meditation - allowing your thoughts to be and pass through. Bringing in space into your mind, so the monkey mind can quiet down. Feeling at peace and fully aware when finishing your practice.
