Hope Riley is a Spiritual Embodiment Leader. Hope has always been a creative, with a passion for dance and movement. She began dancing at the age of 2 and continued training through college, before pursuing a professional dance career. While Hope always loved performing traditional dance styles with a focus on contemporary and modern dance, her true passion lies in authentic improvisational movement. She was always a very intuitive kid, without fully understanding what that meant, and began awakening to her spiritual connection in early 2014. After a few dormant years spent immersed in the corporate world and other entrepreneurial opportunities, she recently reconnected to her spirituality, fully committed to embracing her true essence and infusing natural movement into her spiritual embodiment practices. What is the time commitment?
Each week you will receive meditations, action steps and videos. For this it is best to set aside 3-4 hours a week. (This is your wise woman time) On top of that we will have our weekly LIVE Group Sessions which will run for approx. 60 Minutes. Please make sure, if you can't attend a call, to watch the replay in our FB Community.
